Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees not covered by your insurance. All non-covered procedures, co-payments, deductibles and fees over your maximum limit must be paid at the time of service. If you do not have insurance coverage, payment is due in full on the day of service.

Most insurance companies will respond to billing within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. Our administrative staff will be happy to assist you to determine the extent of your insurance coverage and the amount you will need to pay on the surgical date.
