Oral Surgery procedures are frequently covered by both medical and dental insurance. Some medical insurance companies require a written referral from your primary care physician before they will cover your visit. Please call your insurance company’s member services department to verify that we are listed as a current participating provider. Your insurance company will provide you with their up to date policy on covered services and referral requirements. Please bring your insurance information to the consultation/appointment.
